Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Norwood, MA is seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care with dignity and respect. Flexible long-hour shifts are available, including first and second shifts, weekday and weekend opportunities, and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, meal support, companionship, light housekeeping, and following care plans to maintain a safe home environment for clients in need of home-based support.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home.
• Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities
