Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Dorchester, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home support. The role focuses on personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, companionship, housekeeping, and following care plans. Flexible shifts include first/second shifts, weekday and weekend options, with weekly pay.

We offer $20 to $23 per hour, weekly pay, and flexible shifts including first/second shifts, weekday and weekend opportunities, and short- or long-hour assignments to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Caregiving/home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a client’s home.
• Able to work short or longer shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
• Follow individual care plans and daily routines.
