Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is hiring an IMM operator for Monday to Wednesday, 7:00a - 7:30p, to support production demands while operating safely. You will help ensure equipment efficiency, follow protocols, and assist engineering with issues in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong teamwork, the ability to train others, and proficient use of MS Office. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k) match. This is a full-time, on-site position in McDonough, GA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IMM equipment runs at peak efficiency.
• Follow all production and machine protocols with safety first.
• Handle equipment start/stop during each shift.
• Load and unload items from machines and dollies.
• Ensure processes follow company protocol at all times.
• Maintain proper labeling and packaging of finished items.
• Assist Engineering/Maintenance with troubleshooting.

Compensation The compensation target for this role is: $20.00

Job Summary The shift for this role is Monday - Wednesday, 7:00a - 7:30p. Production workers are the core of Purple! We need someone who is ready to work hard every day and be a great addition to our team! As an IMM operator you are responsible for keeping up with the production demands while operating safely.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure IMM equipment is running at peak efficiencies
• Follow all production and machine protocols putting safety above all else.
• Handle equipment starting and stopping activities during each designated shift.
• Load and unload items from machines and dollies.
• Ensure that all processes are followed in accordance with company protocol.
• Make sure that appropriate safety measures are considered at every step of the production process.
• Inspect product and record data at appropriate steps of the production cycle.
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift.
• Responsible for proper labelling and packaging of finished items
• Assist Engineering and Maintenance in troubleshooting IMM issues

Required Skills, Education, Experience

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to train as well as lead.
• Someone with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements

• Communicating with others to exchange information.
• Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to stand for 12 hours.

• Noisy production environment

Work Hours (Good Faith Estimate)

This full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week. This is a good faith estimate, and actual hours may vary based on business needs.
