CACI International is seeking an IMINT Expert who will serve as a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst using GEOINT and IMINT tools to produce tailored assessments with confidence levels aligned to DNI standards.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a relevant degree, and extensive experience in space-based GEOINT, imagery analysis, and collaboration across IC/DoD. This is a full-time on-site position in the United States with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 15 years GEOINT experience or advanced degrees with corresponding years.
  • MS or Doctoral degree required with years of GEOINT experience as specified.
  • Experience in space-based GEOINT applications and US GOV satellite capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Exploit and analyze geospatial product types using GEOINT/IMINT tools.
  • Develop tailored assessments with confidence ratings per DNI standards.
  • Collaborate with IC/DoD partners on technical topics.

The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an IMINT Expert who will be a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst utilizing GEOINT and IMINT tools to exploit and analyze various geospatial product types by sorting, convergent/divergent thinking, and competing hypotheses analysis to merge data into tailored, near and long-term assessments with confidence ratings derived from Director of National Intelligence (DNI) standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • BS plus 15 years of GEOINT experience; OR MS plus 10 years GEOINT experience; OR Doctoral Degree plus 5 years GEOINT experience
  • College degree must be in a relevant field such as remote sensing, Geospatial sciences, Relevant STEM field, or political science.
  • Relevant specialized experience must be in the application of space-based GEOINT.
  • Expert knowledge of the full spectrum of US GOV and commercial satellite capabilities, including tasking and collection processes and protocols
  • Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, or ArcGIS
  • Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques
  • Experience with conducting Foundational Military Intelligence analysis and baseline reporting
  • Ability to collaborate with GEOINT analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective analysis and collection approaches
  • Ability to collaborate with partners across the IC and DoD on technical or substantive topics.
  • Knowledge of relevant GEOINT-related Army, National System for GEOINT (NSG), or Intelligence Community (IC) policies
  • Expert ability to present intelligence information via multimedia presentations and written reports.
  • Experience with object-based production (OBP), structured observation management (SOM), and activity-based intelligence (ABI).
  • Experience with analytic modeling
  • Current/active TS/SCI clearance w/ SSBI
Desired Qualifications:
  • GPC-II Imagery Certification
  • Experience with commercial visualization software
  • Experience with non-traditional GEOINT data sources
  • Experience with MS Office suite of tools.
  • Experience with data analytics and COTS statistical software (SPSS, SAS, MatLab etc.)
  • Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. $78,000 - $163,800
