Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an IMINT Expert to serve as a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst, leveraging GEOINT/IMINT tools to exploit data and produce tailored assessments with confidence ratings according to DNI standards.

The role requires a current TS/SCI clearance and a strong background in remote sensing, with hands-on experience using RemoteView, SOCET GXP, and ArcGIS. You will collaborate across the IC and DoD to craft robust analysis and collection approaches.

Qualifications

• BS plus 15 years GEOINT experience; OR MS plus 10 years GEOINT experience; OR Doctoral Degree plus 5 years GEOINT experience
• Degree in remote sensing, Geospatial sciences, STEM, or political science
• Specialized experience in space-based GEOINT
• Expert knowledge of satellite tasking and data collection processes and protocols
• Active TS/SCI clearance w/ SSBI
• Experience with OBP/SOM/ABI

The Opportunity

CACI is seeking an IMINT Expert who will be a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst utilizing GEOINT and IMINT tools to exploit and analyze various geospatial product types by sorting, convergent/divergent thinking, and competing hypotheses analysis to merge data into tailored, near and long-term assessments with confidence ratings derived from Director of National Intelligence (DNI) standards.

Required Qualifications

• BS plus 15 years of GEOINT experience; OR MS plus 10 years GEOINT experience; OR Doctoral Degree plus 5 years GEOINT experience
• College degree must be in a relevant field such as remote sensing, Geospatial sciences, Relevant STEM field, or political science.
• Relevant specialized experience must be in the application of space-based GEOINT.
• Expert knowledge of the full spectrum of US GOV and commercial satellite capabilities, including tasking and collection processes and protocols
• Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, or ArcGIS
• Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques
• Experience with conducting Foundational Military Intelligence analysis and baseline reporting
• Ability to collaborate with GEOINT analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective analysis and collection approaches
• Ability to collaborate with partners across the IC and DoD on technical or substantive topics.
• Knowledge of relevant GEOINT-related Army, National System for GEOINT (NSG), or Intelligence Community (IC) policies
• Expert ability to present intelligence information via multimedia presentations and written reports.
• Experience with object-based production (OBP), structured observation management (SOM), and activity-based intelligence (ABI).
• Experience with analytic modeling
• Current/active TS/SCI clearance w/ SSBI

Desired Qualifications

• GPC-II Imagery Certification
• Experience with commercial visualization software
• Experience with non-traditional GEOINT data sources
• Experience with MS Office suite of tools.
• Experience with data analytics and COTS statistical software (SPSS, SAS, MatLab etc.)
• Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums
