Akron Children's Hospital seeks an International Medical Graduate Integration & Experience Coordinator to lead the non-clinical integration program for IMG physicians, fellows, and eligible family members. This full-time onsite role supports recruitment, onboarding, transitions, and program completion across departments and partners, ensuring smooth immigration processes and community integration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
Minimum of four years of relevant healthcare administration/graduate medical education experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate a complex portfolio of International Medical Graduates and international fellows throughout training lifecycle.
Manage visa sponsorship processes in partnership with Medical Education, including applications, documentation, and renewals.
Identify barriers to IMG integration and coordinate跨-functional solutions with internal departments and external partners.
Develop and maintain program resources, workflows, and tracking systems for ongoing program improvement.
Plan onboarding, transitions, and community engagement opportunities to promote belonging and long-term integration.
