Responsibilities

• Provide care for Stepdown unit patients.
• Monitor and manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 to 4.
• Treat and manage various patient conditions including sepsis and heart failure.

Ability to manage Heart Failure patients

Experience with Hypertensive Emergencies
