Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required or current license at time of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and monitor adult patients with complex medical/cardiac conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate patient responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per standards of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
