• Registered nurse license required; BLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency in nursing practice for the IMCU unit and leads delivery of nursing care.
• Under direction of the department manager, leads safety and quality initiatives and streamlines workflow.
• Increases staff satisfaction and promotes Gold Standard customer service.
