MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse for its 48-bed IMC/Medical-Surgical unit, cross-trained for telemetry and IMC patients, including chronic ventilator management and insulin drips.

Join a collaborative team with flexible scheduling, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth while supporting patient families across routine to complex needs. ADN/BSN/MSN/CNL required with active MD RN license and BLS.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and BLS for Healthcare providers required (AHA or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex.
• Assess evolving patient conditions, identify health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
• Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated with other members of the nursing team.
