Job summary

The Fund for Public Health in New York City (FPHNYC) is seeking a Project Assistant to support the Infant Mortality Action Team (IMAT) project. The role is in-office at DOHMH in Long Island City, with part-time schedule and grant funding.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for consultants and IMAT activities.
• Support project implementation plans and tracking systems.
• Set up meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes.
• Field queries on data abstraction with supervisor.
• Coordinate with FP HNY to ensure consultant payments.
• Assist with data entry as requested.
