Job summary

Sectra is seeking an Application Specialist to join our Customer Operations team. You will train healthcare professionals, tailor training to each customer, and provide go-live and remote diagnostic support.

The role emphasizes clinical imaging expertise across MRI, CT, Cardiology, Orthopedics, and Breast Imaging, with a focus on customer engagement and mentoring peers. This position serves as a launchpad within Sectra, offering hands-on experience with our products, processes, and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years imaging technologist experience in CT, MRI, or related imaging fields.
• Experience leading or managing a clinical team.
• Strong knowledge of PACS and healthcare interoperability standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workflow analysis and customize application training for customers.
• Plan, schedule, and deliver web-based and on-site training for healthcare professionals.
• Provide remote diagnostic support for technical, clinical, and end-user challenges.
• Organize and manage go-live support for new customers.
• Serve as a clinical expert supporting project teams and customer success initiatives.
• Travel frequently to customer sites (up to 80% travel).
