Job summary

enGen is seeking an Imaging Systems Administrator to ensure the optimal performance, integrity, and compliance of medical imaging systems and interfaces within the healthcare system. This role supports the clinical environment, enabling seamless image viewing, interpretation, and data exchange.

The successful candidate will participate in project management, develop lifecycle documents, manage interfaces to EMR/RIS/PACS/Vendor systems, and uphold imaging standards (DICOM/HL7) while maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field is required or equivalent experience.
Experience in medical imaging systems administration preferred.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare data security is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure optimal viewing and interpretation environment for medical images.
Monitor interfaces between EMR, RIS, PACS, and Voice Recognition systems.
Maintain data integrity and optimize imaging workflows and policies.
Participate in project lifecycle documents (vision, specs, test plans, training materials).
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and IT teams to implement high-quality solutions.
