Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a dedicated Imaging Transport Assistant at Bartow Med Ctr. Under the clinical manager, you will assist with patient transport, screening, and room setup, and prepare patients for exams.

You will help with contrast preparation and education, adhering to MRI Level II standards where applicable. Responsibilities include collaborating with imaging teams to meet turnaround times and maintain exam start times.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital transport or related field preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Business related, imaging services, or medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient transport, screening, and room setup.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist Education/Imaging staff as directed.
• Follow MRI Level II training requirements where applicable; document in patient records.
