Responsibilities

• Greet patients, staff and the public; answer calls; schedule appointments and provide general information.
• Enter patient information, scan documents, and maintain complete records and charts.
• Assist in acquiring and distributing digital patient records and support imaging workflows.
• Assist in patient check-in/out processes, verify demographics/insurance and coordinate transportation when needed.
