Job summary

Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana, KY seeks a Radiology Technologist Aide to support Imaging Services by assisting with patient flow, transport, room prep, equipment cleaning, and documentation.

You will work under licensed radiologic technologists, perform non-diagnostic tasks, ensure patient privacy and HIPAA compliance, and maintain a clean, organized department. This is an As Needed position, mainly evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Ability to safely assist with patient movement.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely to and from imaging areas.
• Assist patients with mobility and transfers under technologist direction.
• Prepare and turn over examination rooms between patients.
• Clean and disinfect imaging equipment per Infection Prevention policies.
• Stock linens and department supplies.
• Answer phones, assist with scheduling workflow, scan documents, and maintain patient records.
