Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando is seeking an Imaging Support team member for the Day shift on a PRN basis. You will assist technologists, transport patients, and help prepare imaging rooms while maintaining infection control and safety standards.

You will respond to phones, support coworkers, and use PACS/computer systems efficiently as part of a patient-focused radiology team in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication is required.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Ability to work with patients of all ages.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transports patients to imaging exam rooms and to hospital rooms as needed.
• Assists technologists with exams and cleans cassettes and rooms.
• Operates equipment safely and adheres to infection control standards.
• Answers phones using scripted greeting.
• Maintains knowledge of KPIs and attends department meetings as assigned by supervisor.
• Uses PACS and computer systems efficiently.
