Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum 1 year in diagnostic radiography.
• Current Texas State registration and ARRT in Radiography or registry eligible; ARRT must be obtained within one year post graduation.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality diagnostic radiographs by selecting and operating appropriate radiographic equipment.
• Assist practitioner with fluoroscopy and arthrography.
• Ensure patient safety and proper identification and procedure recording.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic film processing as needed.
