Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Organize and catalog documents in various formats
Utilize scanning software to scan documents and images into Windows Explorer
Ensure quality and consistency in data indexing
Retrieve imaged information for operational needs
Communicate effectively with team members
Follow oral and written instructions accurately

Required Qualifications & Experience:

General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Outlook
Experience operating scanning equipment
Proven ability to modify and maintain data indexes
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Previous scanning experience
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to perform minor equipment adjustments
