Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs the work of technologists and support staff to ensure workflow efficiency and accuracy.

• Ensures images meet established Quality Control standards.
• Applies radiation protection and safety to minimize exposure.
• Communicates with scheduling, physicians and radiologists to optimize patient/staff flow.
• Monitors radiology systems for accuracy and task completion.
• Manages personnel functions including hiring and coaching.
