Qualifications

• Must meet Florida licensure/ARRT or ARDMS credentials and BLS/CPR.
• Two years of Radiology experience; lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs technologists and staff to maintain workflow efficiency and high-quality care.
• Reviews staffing patterns to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensures images meet Quality Control standards.
• Applies radiation protection principles to minimize exposure.
• Communicates with scheduling, physicians, and radiologists to optimize patient flow.
• Analyzes data for success factors, Joint Commission, and budget variance.
• Supervises PI initiatives and process improvements.
