Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced imaging services leader to oversee outpatient imaging across multiple locations and modalities, ensuring safe, compliant operations and high-quality patient care.

The role requires ARRT or RDMS certification, advanced CT/MRI credentials where applicable, an Associates degree (Bachelor's preferred) and 5+ years of imaging leadership experience. You will guide staff, participate in recruitment, and help develop systemwide imaging policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to technical staff
• Responsible for the functions of an outpatient imaging department for multiple locations and multiple modalities
• Collaborates with imaging leadership in developing systemwide imaging policies and procedures
• Ensures regulatory compliance, safety, and specifications of equipment
• Completes employee mandatory performance check-ins
• Actively participates in the recruitment and hiring processes
