Adventist Health Mendocino County is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the imaging department. The role includes managing patient services, staff recruitment, training, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will coordinate technical operations, monitor RIS/PACS, and implement quality and productivity improvements while directing assigned staff and ensuring timely patient care.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Five years' registered technologist experience: Preferred

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all technical operations of the diagnostic imaging department.
• Ensure timely processing of patients and prioritization of emergent procedures.
• Monitor RIS and PACS systems and protect patient data per HIPAA guidelines.
• Supervise diagnostic imaging personnel including recruiting, hiring, orientation, training and scheduling.
• Maintain optimum staffing in line with productivity targets; conduct staff meetings and manage committees.
• Assist in budgeting and evaluate new technologies to increase productivity.
