Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health Hillcrest in Texas seeks a Special Imaging MRT Supervisor to lead Radiology after hours. This role focuses on ultrasound, CT, MRI, and front-desk support when other Supervisors are not present. Reports include Rad Techs and students.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in radiology supervision.
• MRT certification/licensing required by Texas Medical Board.
• ARRT or CNMT certification must be held (one of ARRT-BD, ARRT-CT, ARRT-M, ARRT-R, ARRT-VI, CNMT).

Responsibilities

• Oversee imaging services quality and patient preparation across CT, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine.
• Ensure adequate staffing, supplies, and budgeting within the imaging department.
• Train and evaluate staff; act as liaison when manager is absent; promote safety and service excellence.

Education

Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification (Texas Medical Board)

ARRT or CNMT certification preferred
