Job summary

Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN is seeking a CT Supervisor to lead the CT department in a fast-paced imaging environment. This full-time leadership role oversees 15–20 radiology staff and helps shape the future of the team through mentoring and collaboration.

Working with the Imaging Services leadership, you will plan daily workflow, enforce department protocols, and ensure high-quality patient care across diagnostic radiology procedures within a large regional healthcare facility serving

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
• Requires active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography (ARRT).
• Requires Radiologic Technologist license from Indiana ISDH.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws relative to imaging.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate the daily functions and workflow of assigned departmental personnel.
• Supervises Imaging Services personnel involved in Diagnostic Radiology procedures, including routine procedures in the surgical suite.
• Ensures department rules, regulations, procedures and protocols are properly followed.

Job Duties, Tasks and Qualifications:

Working with the Manager and/or Director, is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the daily functions and workflow of assigned departmental personnel. Supervises Imaging Services personnel involved in Diagnostic Radiology procedures, including routine procedures performed in the surgical suite. Ensures department rules, regulations, procedures and protocols are properly followed.

• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
• Requires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the condition of the patient does not permit routine positioning.
• Requires active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography, RT(R) through the American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT).
• Requires Radiologic Technologist license from Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH).
• Requires knowledge of state and federal laws relative to assigned area.
