The role oversees 15–20 direct reports, with a typical 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule and opportunities to shape the team’s future within a large regional healthcare system.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
• Requires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the condition of the patient does not permit routine positioning.
• Requires active status as a Registered Technologist – Radiography, RT(R) through the American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT).
• Requires Radiologic Technologist license from Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH).
• Requires knowledge of state and federal laws relative to assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Planning, directing and coordinating the daily functions and workflow of assigned departmental personnel.
• Supervises Imaging Services personnel involved in Diagnostic Radiology procedures, including routine procedures performed in the surgical suite.
• Ensures department rules, regulations, procedures and protocols are properly followed.
