Job summary

Lee Health seeks a Director of Imaging Services to lead operations across multiple imaging campuses, ensuring high-quality, safe and efficient care. You will oversee budgets, staffing and performance improvements in collaboration with hospital leadership.

The role requires a master’s degree in healthcare administration or MBA, plus 5+ years in radiology management. ARRTr CNMT/ARDMS certification and Florida radiography licensure are preferred; Fort Myers site.

Qualifications

• Graduate of JRCERT accredited or ARRT approved radiography program.
• Masters degree in health care administration, MBA or other masters in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of management experience in an acute radiology setting.
• ARRT registered (CNMT or ARDMS if applicable).
• DOH Florida General Radiographer license or applicable professional license.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate operations of multiple imaging campuses.
• Manage departmental budgets and staffing; drive performance.
• Collaborate with key departments to meet goals in volume, efficiency, quality, safety and patient experience.
• Maintain 24/7 accountability for assigned hospital campuses.
