Our Healthcare Technology Management Division is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Imaging Service Engineer 2 to support diagnostic imaging operations in Philadelphia, PA. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, ensuring optimal performance of medical imaging equipment and advancing patient care through technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a range of diagnostic imaging systems.
• Calibrate medical imaging equipment to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to address technology-based challenges and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage service documentation, reports, and compliance requirements.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff to enhance technical expertise.
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical imaging equipment repair and maintenance.
• Hands-on expertise in Cathlab, C-Arms, and Ultrasound service (strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair medical imaging devices independently.
• Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills.
