• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and basic networking knowledge.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated advanced Imaging Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of medical imaging systems, specifically MRI and CT Your technical expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on MRI, CT, Cath- Labs systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Technical Support: Quickly diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, documenting all service activities to maintain accurate records.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all procedures comply with applicable regulatory requirements, collaborating with medical professionals to uphold safety standards.
• Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients by providing clear communication regarding equipment status and addressing any concerns effectively.
• Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory levels of essential replacement parts and conduct inspections of newly acquired medical devices to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly stand, walk, sit, and use hands; occasional reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Physically capable of moving and lifting objects as required.
• Visual acuity including close, distance, peripheral vision, color perception, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications
