Socket.dev is seeking a strategic Revenue Cycle Manager in Michigan to lead financial oversight, forecasting, automation, and performance optimization across the revenue cycle. You will partner with the Billing Team Lead to drive predictive, data-informed revenue performance and KPI visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel/data analysis skills.
• Deep understanding of AR management, payer reimbursement, and denial trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive revenue models based on payer mix and CPT trends.
• Forecast impact of payer fee schedule changes and monitor reimbursement trends.
• Monitor post adjudication audit responsibility and estimates for accuracy.
• Develop quality reconciliation and balance validation processes; shorten month-end close with automation.
• Design and maintain real-time dashboards tracking net collections, days in AR, denial rates, and related KPIs.
• Standardize and optimize refund, payment, and denial workflows; explore automation opportunities including AI.
• Evaluate productivity metrics and staffing alignment; collaborate with leadership on performance improvements.
• Oversee compliance and risk mitigation related to revenue integrity and documentation-to-bill.
