Job summary

Global LT in Troy, Michigan, seeks an Artificial Intelligence Financial Analyst, Billing Functions Manager, and Accounts Receivable Manager to lead billing and AR operations and develop AI-enabled tools for improved accuracy, collections, forecasting, and reporting.

The role includes supervising the billing/AR team, partnering with Finance, IT, and Operations to implement AI-powered solutions, and ensuring data quality and timely work completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in accounting/finance, billing, AR, or related areas.
• Experience with ERP/billing systems and AI/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage billing functions including invoice generation and corrections.
• Manage accounts receivable activities including cash application and collections.
• Develop, test, and improve AI-enabled finance tools, dashboards, reports, automation workflows, and predictive analytics.
• Identify billing errors, collection risks, payment trends, and opportunities for efficiency improvement.
• Supervise and train billing and AR team members to promote accuracy and timely completion of work.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations to implement AI-supported solutions.
• Evaluate AI insights for accuracy before using them in financial analysis or decisions.
• Support month-end close and related reconciliations.
