Job summary

Arthrex Orlando is seeking an Agency I/R Specialist to maintain Synergy imaging and OR integration equipment and support local and corporate events. The role also handles territory case management, product education, and coordination of repairs and software upgrades.

The successful candidate will communicate effectively with surgeons and healthcare professionals, work autonomously, and adapt to schedule flexibility including some nights and weekends. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Arthrex’s standard preventative maintenance services on all Synergy imaging and OR integration equipment.
• Imaging and OR integration equipment upkeep to keep products in good operating condition.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and participate in local and corporate events.
• Assist with Territory case management and logistics.
• Represent Arthrex Orlando as a leader in our industry and the marketplace with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Provide Arthrex software upgrades as available.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer and product issues per manuals.
• Document equipment service results for quality records.
• Educate Customer staff on safe and effective use of Arthrex Synergy products.
• Coordinate repair, replacement, and/or return of Arthrex products via Arthrex.
• Implementation and installation of Customer purchases, including setup of equipment and software.
• Other services may be authorized by Arthrex Corporate.

The services offered by the Agency I/R Specialist include, but are not limited to,

the following:

• Perform Arthrex’s standard preventative maintenance services on all Synergy
• imaging and OR integration equipment to keep the products in good operating condition
• Help coordinate, facilitate, and participate in local and corporate events
• Assist with Territory case management and logistics
• Represent Arthrex Orlando as a leader in our industry and the marketplace (Video, Power, and other key products) by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals (CEOs, CFOs, Hospital administrators, etc).

Provide Arthrex software upgrades as available;

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer and product issues related to Synergy equipment in accordance with Arthrex’s User Manuals, Equipment Set-Up Guides, and written specifications
• Document equipment service results in order to maintain accurate quality records
• Educate Customer staff on the safe and effective use of Arthrex Synergy products
• Coordinate the repair, replacement, and/or return of Arthrex products that require service directly through Arthrex
• Implementation and installation of Customer’s purchases of new products and/or additional purchases from Arthrex, including setting up equipment and software
• Other services may be authorized and approved by Arthrex Corporate offered to Customers.
