Job summary

OpenKrill, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Imaging Research Associate I based in the United States. You will support coordination and execution of clinical imaging studies from start-up through completion, collaborating with clinical project teams, research sites, and sponsors to ensure timely, accurate data delivery and high image quality.

You will coordinate site onboarding, documentation, technical training, and the management of imaging data, contributing to study operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in bioscience/CS/IT preferred.
• Familiar with PC-based systems and standard software including Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes and GCP is preferred.
• Able to manage electronic files and maintain digital records.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and deadline-driven.
• Good written and verbal communication with research sites and sponsors.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
• Proactive problem-solving and commitment to quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site and operational activities through the imaging study lifecycle.
• Coordinate site qualification, logistics, and technical training.
• Create test-run requests and review study data from sites.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and IQC data.
• Perform day-to-day image quality control activities per SOPs.
• Generate reports and queries and verify information before distribution.
• Communicate with study teams and sponsors about deliverables and databases.
• Prepare BMD Scan Review Forms and assist with project administration.
• Participate in project meetings and training sessions.
