Job Summary & Qualifications

As an Imaging RN, you will perform patient assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, accurate care delivery.

• Formulate and revise care plans based on patient response.
• Collaborate with team members to meet patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per hospital policy.
• Delegate tasks to non-licensed staff appropriately.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care.
• Educate patients and families on care and treatments.
• Facilitate discharge planning in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or current enrollment in an Alternative Entry MSN program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Current Texas RN license or NCLA Compact RN license required; Texas license within 90 days if Compact.
• Current BCLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 1 year of hire.
