Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology and applicable state certification.
• ARRT registration with active certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and escort to dressing/x-ray rooms.
• Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images and ensure safety.
• Observe and maintain radiation safety measures for patients and staff.
• Maintain and calibrate radiology equipment; report malfunctions.
• Follow radiology workflows and document patient visits.
• Perform DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing; assist with exams.
• Assist clinicians during examinations and manage front/back office tasks.
• Greet patients, handle check-in/out and ensure HIPAA compliance.
