Job summary

imagecarecenters is seeking a Tech Aide Manager to coordinate and optimize imaging support operations across locations. This position requires leadership in ensuring patient flow efficiency, managing staffing, and upholding regulatory standards for MRI safety.

The ideal candidate has Medical Imaging experience and strong organizational skills, along with the capability to enhance operational efficiency and deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of Medical Imaging experience.
• BLS certification is necessary.
• CMA preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Tech Aide operations ensuring efficient patient flow.
• Track daily patient metrics and implement workflow improvements.
• Lead onboarding and orientation for newly hired Tech Aides.
• Reinforce MRI safety protocols and ensure compliance.
