Job summary

ImageCare Centers is seeking a Tech Aide Manager to lead frontline imaging support operations across assigned centers, drive patient flow, manage staffing, and ensure MRI safety compliance.

You will onboard and train Tech Aides, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with technologists and front desk teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining regulatory standards. This role reports to the Mount Olive location on day one.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Medical Imaging experience
• BLS
• CMA Preffered

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Tech Aide operations across imaging centers and ensure efficiency.
• Develop and manage Tech Aide schedules, PTO, and staffing gaps.
• Coordinate daily assignments to support imaging workflows.
• Partner with leadership to standardize workflows across locations.
• Track metrics like table time and efficiency; escalate issues.
• Lead onboarding and orientation for new Tech Aides.
• Coordinate Level II MRI Safety Certification and training records.
• Maintain MRI safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison among Tech Aides, technologists, and front desk.
• Maintain records and assist performance evaluations.
