RRD Company in the United States seeks a Printing and Bindery Specialist for two shifts. The role runs 6a-6p or 6p-6a on a 3-on/3-on and 4-on schedule, with responsibilities across setup, programming, and production logging.

Responsibilities include operating high-resolution inkjet imaging equipment, ensuring color accuracy, and maintaining supplies and inventories. Collaboration with team members and potential junior staff training are expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of digital print and/or inkjet imaging equipment setup and operation.
• Ability to diagnose and correct operating problems affecting quality and timeliness.
• Strong color theory knowledge to adjust imaging to specifications.
• Excellent file manipulation and formats for digital print.
• Experience setting up feed rollers, tensioning, timing, and in-line finishing per job specs.
• Ability to train junior operators.

Responsibilities

• Operate high resolution, variable print equipment.
• Program and prepare jobs for printing.
• Maintain daily print job production logs and delivery manifests.
• Setup, program and release jobs from print queue.
• Adjust image position, color quality, and finishing per specs.
• Monitor output quality.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory.
