Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist for the 2nd shift in Pennsylvania. You will operate high‑resolution, variable print equipment, program jobs, and maintain production logs while ensuring quality and on‑time delivery.

The role requires advanced knowledge of digital print, color theory, and file formats. You will set up finishing per job specs and may mentor junior operators, with a pay range of $22.55–$31.78 per hour and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of digital print/inkjet equipment setup and operation.
• Ability to diagnose and fix operating problems affecting quality.
• Advanced knowledge of color theory and color adjustments for customer specs.
• Excellent file manipulation knowledge and file formats for digital print.
• Ability to set up feed rollers, tensioning, timing and inline finishing as per job specs.
• May mentor junior operators in required adjustments.
• Diagnose symptoms, causes and remedies for print issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate high resolution, variable print proprietary imaging equipment.
• Program and prepare jobs for printing.
• Maintain daily print job production logs and daily delivery manifests.
• Setup, program and release jobs from print queue.
• Adjust image position, color quality and finishing per job specs.
• Monitor quality of job output for accuracy and image quality.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory levels.
