Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a healthcare related field, including 3 years in leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business related field.
• IEMA and ARRT or ARDMS or NMTCB certification(s).
• BLS certification.
• Certification in area of speciality.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the assigned area within Diagnostic Imaging.
• Assists with developing departmental goals, standards and objectives aligned to the strategic plan.
• Manages staff relations, including performance management, scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts and vendor relations.
• Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment purchases and oversees inventory.
