Job summary

• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and hospital regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Directs patient flow through the department to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Coordinates daily staffing and schedules to cover all aspects of service.
• Promotes teamwork and ongoing staff development and training.
