Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology or allied health or related healthcare/business management with relevant leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience supervising radiology operations, budgeting, planning, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operations and activities of general radiology services.
• Provides accountability for operating and capital budget performance and fiscal responsibilities.
• Plans, develops, and implements department policies, procedures, and systems in line with regulatory standards.
• Oversees hiring, orientation, counseling, evaluation, and disciplinary actions; ensures staff training and development.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology or allied health
