Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop imaging support personnel including scheduling and patient access.
• Ensure efficient workflows supporting patient access, operations, and service excellence.
• Collaborate with providers, leaders, revenue cycle teams, and staff to meet objectives.
• Monitor performance and implement process improvements for efficiency and finances.
• Support growth initiatives, business development, and strategic objectives.
• Assist with budgeting, resource planning, staffing, and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement and accreditation activities.
• Provide education and training to staff to ensure accurate imaging orders and workflows.
