Job summary

Kettering Health is seeking a Breast Center Admin to support imaging services in our Kettering facility. This part-time, first-shift role focuses on coordinating patient flow, communicating results, and guiding patients through the imaging process.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with at least 3 years in a clinical or radiology setting. Preferred candidates hold an healthcare degree and a current RN/RT license or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Requirements

• The Imaging Navigator supports patients and care teams by coordinating imaging services, facilitating timely communication of results, and ensuring seamless navigation through the imaging process.


• This role enhances patient access, safety, and satisfaction by providing education, tracking follow-up care, and supporting compliance with regulatory standards.


• Performs other duties as assigned.


• All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.


• High school diploma or GED.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical, radiology, or patient care setting.


• None required at hire; if role involves performing radiologic procedures, must obtain appropriate Ohio licensure (e.g., General X-ray Machine Operator) in accordance with state law and organizational policy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field


• Experience in patient navigation, care coordination, or imaging services


• Registered Nurse (RN) or Radiologic Technologist (RT) license


• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
