Job summary

NKC Health is seeking an Imaging Navigator to ensure findings are communicated with the ordering physician and to guarantee follow-up imaging is completed as recommended. You will assist patients in establishing primary care sources and coordinate scheduling for breast MRIs and biopsies.

You will be the go-to person for questions and hand off care to Oncology navigators, while maintaining pathology records in Ikonopedia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience preferred.
• Experience with advanced imaging modalities is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent phone and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of all radiology modalities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate findings with the ordering physicians and ensure follow-up imaging.
• Coordinate scheduling of breast MRIs and biopsies; assist patients with primary care connections.
• Hand off care to Oncology navigators and maintain breast pathology records in Ikonopedia.
