Job Description

Imaging Management, Radiology Manager needed for healthcare organization located in North Texas location.

Candidates MUST have: Only seeking candidates that possess the following:

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology
• Texas Department of Health Medical Radiologic Technologist licensure
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist licensure (ARRT)
• 2 years of Supervisory work experience
• 5 years of Radiology Tech work experience and Steady work history.

Manager of Imaging/Radiology will report to Dir. of Imaging and Women's Services.

• Management of Daily Department Activities
• Establishes systematic work-flow and communication among all areas of radiology, and ensures adequate coverage of all shifts including vacation schedules, absenteeism and turnover.
• Supervises all aspect of the department's operation in the absence of the Director.
• Works in conjunction with modality team leaders to update radiology policy and procedure manuals, emergency and Disaster plans.
• Evaluates and updates all department job descriptions, conducts and reviews performance appraisal processes.

• Operation effectiveness is achieved.
