Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an Imaging Manager for a 895+ bed tertiary care facility in Dallas, TX. You will oversee Radiology, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, Nuclear Medicine and Mammography, own budgeting and capital planning, and collaborate with physicians, staff and vendors to improve service quality.

The role requires 5 years of acute imaging leadership, ARRT Radiography, and Texas radiologic technologist certification, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 5 years of acute Imaging leadership experience, with recent experience within the last year.
• ARRT Radiography certification required.
• Texas medical radiologic technologist certification required.
• Experience with budgeting, capital and business planning, physician relations and managing supervisors is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Career Land Center is hiring for an Imaging Manager for an 895+ bed tertiary care facility in Dallas, TX, with adult and pediatric services.

About the role:

You will report to the Director of Imaging and oversee Radiology, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, Nuclear Medicine and Mammography. Most departments have a Supervisor who reports to you. Monthly volume includes about 6,000 radiology, 3,500 CT, 2,000 MRI and 400 nuclear medicine cases. You will own budgeting, capital planning and business planning, and work with physicians, staff and vendors on service quality.

Requirements:

• 5 years of acute Imaging leadership experience, with recent experience within the last year
• ARRT (R) Radiography required
• Texas medical radiologic technologist certification required
• Experience with budgeting, capital and business planning, physician relations and managing supervisors is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Schedule:

Days, Monday–Friday, no weekends
