Job summary

Green Key Resources LLC is assisting a 895+ bed tertiary care center in Texas to hire a Department Manager for Imaging. You will oversee all departmental functions, align with the hospital mission, and build effective relationships with patients, physicians, staff and vendors to support high-quality care.

Qualifications include 5 years of recent acute imaging leadership, budgeting and business planning experience, ARRT-R radiography and MRT Texas credentials, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 5 years of recent acute imaging leadership experience.
• Experience with budgeting, capital, business planning, physician relations and management of supervisory positions is highly preferred.
• ARRT-R Radiography is required.
• MRT in the State of Texas is required.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Department Manager is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the hospital mission, vision and facility goals. The manager identifies the cost-effective systems needed to support the business of the department taking into account business trends, resource availability and changes in customers. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies, including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. The director identifies and remedies through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement. The department manager works with Senior Management in meeting facility goals

What qualifications you will need:

• 5 years of Recent (within the last year) acute Imaging leadership experience.
• Experience with budgeting, capital, business planning, physician relations and management of supervisory positions is highly preferred
• (ARRT-R) Radiography is required
• (MRT) in the State of Texas is required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
