Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice. BLS Required.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience relevant to patient population.
• Leadership experience in supervision and staff development.
• Ability to balance clinical and supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operations of the unit to ensure smooth and efficient patient care management.
• Manages staffing and daily rounds on patients to ensure quality care.
• Coordinates quality initiatives and process improvements.
• Develops leadership skills among staff and supports career advancement opportunities.
• Facilitates unit meetings and shared governance / leadership efforts.
• Participates in budget planning and resource management.
