Job summary

Philips in Tampa seeks a Project Manager for Installations & Construction to drive imaging system installations across MRI, CT, X-ray, and Image-Guided Therapy systems. You will coordinate between customers and internal teams for site readiness and on-time delivery.

The role requires up to 80% travel within the zone and close collaboration with sales/operations to forecast revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management, customer service, or related field.
• Construction or healthcare equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to read floor plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams for imaging system installations.
• Develop and manage project plans including scope, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor progress, communicate updates, and address risks to stay on track.
• Collaborate with sales and operations for order execution and revenue forecasting.
• Ensure sites meet technical and operational requirements prior to installation.
